   In the beautiful March spring, the remarkable national congresses just completed last week, we witnessed the new rapid development phase of our great motherland. As a mainstream media, we have to create new concepts for the new development phases in this new era. Today, we are together to not only share the joy of the great development achievements of our country, but also celebrate the 14th Anniversary Ceremony of Home and Abroad News Press here in Beijing. It's our pleasure to have all important officials and guests joining us tonight. On the behalf of the Broad of Directors, the Executive Committee and the Administrative Committee as well as 49 overseas branches and information centers of Home and Abroad News Press, we sincerely thank everyone's participation and supports.
   The success of Home and Abroad News Press is built on innovative business model, top-performance talented employees, exploratory encouragement and systematic management. In the past 14 years, we grew from a small company to an international corporation which owns and operates more than 49 global branches and information centers, including U.S.A, Canada, Finland, France, U.K., Singapore, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand, Australia and many other countries. In those countries, our works and contributions were greatly appreciated by the local governments and communities.
   Home and Abroad News Press focuses on international cooperation, charity actions and many other fields. The media have interviewed more than 19 countries' leaders and received valuable feedbacks. The outcomes were also highly appreciated by many Chinese and foreign officials, ambassadors and various leaders from different sectors.
   Given the innovative internationalization model of Communication University of China, Home and Abroad News Press and Communication University of China established strategic partnership on December 13th 2012, and Home and Abroad News Press also opened a local office in the Communication University of China. Through this partnership, both organizations achieved consensus to train more high-quality media talents to response to the challenges of today's media industry and enhance Chinese external communication in the global platform.
   The university students participated the series interview activities organized by Home and Abroad News Press in 2013 summer, and those junior journalists successfully had exclusive interviews with 9 foreign embassies in China. October 30th 2013, Communication University of China and Home and Abroad News Press also jointly hosted The First International Forum on the East-West Cultural Integration and Dissemination with 21 foreign embassies in China. This international event was such a success. Seven ambassadors to China, twenty-one press and cultural counsellors and many foreign and domestic officials participated the forum. This forum plays an important role in promoting the international rankings of Communication University of China and Home and Abroad News Press and making such cooperation as a great success.
   In Premier Li's government work report this year, it emphasized on strengthening the ability of international communication and improving the soft power of Chinese culture. In fact, Home and Abroad News Press always explores possible ways to engage diplomatic resources with global connections, improve Chinese talent pools, innovate the reformation and development concepts and promote the media collaboration between Chinese and overseas media channels.
   The international community believes that today's China has two eye-attracting things happening now: the first is to deepen the reformation; the second is to fight against corruption. Some developed countries, political parties and politicians also attached great attentions to the Chinese anti-corruption actions. From the media statistics, Chinese President Xi Jinping publicly talked about international anti-corruption cooperation several times in last November; as a result, Home and Abroad News Press International Anti-Corruption Observers were created in this global trend.
   In the Western society, the media supervision is known as the fourth authority power after the legislative, judicial, and administrative authority powers. Through media supervision, government decision-making and justice can be easily promoted and monitored. For a modern democratic country, the Anti-Corruption Observers are an important component in fighting against corruption. It can develop a democratic awareness and consciousness of citizens' political participation; more importantly, it helps to enhance the political system's ability to integrate and effectively prevent manipulation of government power as well as the problems of corruption.
   In the past 14 years, we accumulated many important diplomatic resources and greatly improved our brand image in the media sector. Today, we are full of passion, confidence and energy, and we will fulfill our responsibilities to make the world better! We will create a better future together; we will witness China's rise and prosperity together; we will follow the great change of the world and move further for better future…
